Every day, apart from Saturday night, there is a Request programme for you to choose your own music. If you know someone in Chase Farm, North Mid or The Royal Free Hospital you can make a request for them by clicking here.

The show's title is a quote, stolen from Michael Winner: Film director and newspaper columnist,he featured in a TV insurance advert. "Calm Down Dear it's a Commercial" it takes listeners back in time reliving some of the classic adverts, television and film themes from days gone by. Each week, we'll take you on a journey including adverts from brands and products long forgotten, TV and film themes , mini "drama" adverts and also some familiar jingles.....
